Disney+ and Vidio Debut First Indonesian Bundle Pairing Marvel With Premier League
Disney+ partners with Indonesia's Vidio on a joint bundle pairing Marvel and Star Wars with Premier League soccer, ESPN and local sinetron, aimed at family viewing.

Programme
- Disney+ and Vidio launch the 'Vidio Ultimate Disney+ All Screen Bundle,' their first partnership, pairing Disney+ Standard with Vidio Ultimate All Screen.
- The bundle includes ESPN programming, Premier League and UEFA Champions League soccer, BRI Super League, plus titles such as 'Shōgun,' 'The Bear' and 'Deadpool & Wolverine.'
- Vidio has been Indonesia's top streaming platform for four straight years, according to Media Partners Asia, with an original slate of over 110 series.
Disney+ has struck its first partnership with Indonesian streamer Vidio. The two companies are launching a joint subscription — the "Vidio Ultimate Disney+ All Screen Bundle" — that packages Disney+ Standard with Vidio Ultimate All Screen, putting Marvel, "Star Wars" and Korean series in the same plan as Premier League and UEFA Champions League soccer.
The bundle combines Disney's film slate, franchises and APAC originals with Vidio's exclusive series, live TV streaming and a sports lineup that also includes Indonesia's domestic BRI Super League. Subscribers additionally get ESPN programming on Disney+ — live coverage, documentaries and studio shows — on top of Vidio's own international and local rights.
On the Disney+ side, the package includes 20th Century Studios' "The Devil Wears Prada 2," Lucasfilm's "Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu" and Marvel Studios' "Deadpool & Wolverine." It also carries FX series "Shōgun" and "The Bear," and shows such as "Moving" and "A Shop for Killers." Titles still to come include "The Remarried Empress" and "Merry Berry Love."
Separately, every Vidio user with an active subscription will be able to sample Disney+ through a "Taste of Disney+" collection on the Indonesian platform. It offers individual episodes of the Korean original "Flex X Cop" Season 2, the U.S. crime comedy-drama "High Potential," the animated series "Sofia the First" and the medical drama "Grey's Anatomy." The lineup will change periodically and is designed to steer viewers toward the full bundle.
Content will flow the other way too. The companies are working on bringing a selection of Vidio programming to Disney+ subscribers, including Vidio Original Series and sinetron, the local TV soaps. No timing was given.
The Vidio deal is the latest in a run of regional partnerships for Disney+. In Korea, the service joined TVING and Wavve in a three-way subscription bundle in 2025, shortly after a dedicated TVING Collection launched on Disney+ Japan. Disney+ is also carrying SPOTV's MLB coverage in Korea this season. In Malaysia, Astro expanded its Disney+ distribution deal in July and agreed to supply local titles such as "Ola Bola" and "Polis Evo" to the streamer. In Japan, where Disney+ has been bundled with Hulu Japan since 2023, TBS's international studio The Seven signed a multi-year pact in April to co-develop live-action dramas for the service.
Tony Zameczkowski, senior VP and general manager, direct-to-consumer, Asia Pacific, at The Walt Disney Company, framed the deal as part of a broader regional strategy. "By bringing Disney+'s beloved films and award-winning series together with Vidio's local entertainment ecosystem, we're elevating the streaming experience for fans and new audiences," he said. "Indonesia is an incredibly exciting market for Disney+, and we're delighted to collaborate with Vidio. This announcement is part of our focus on accelerating collaborations to expand the reach, engagement and fandom of Disney+ in APAC, creating more value and content choices for subscribers."
According to Media Partners Asia, Vidio has been Indonesia's top streaming platform for four straight years. The companies are aiming the bundle squarely at households. They point to Vidio's own t-Survey 2025, which found that 77% of the platform's connected TV audience watches together in groups of at least three family members.
Vidio CEO Sutanto Hartono said the partnership merges two entertainment offerings that complement each other into one of the country's fullest premium packages. "As entertainment consumption continues to evolve, audiences are looking for greater choice and better value from their subscriptions," he said. "Alongside the bundle, the 'Taste of Disney+' collection will bring select Disney stories directly to audiences on Vidio, complementing our Indonesian originals and sports offering."
Vidio's original slate now tops 110 series, and the platform carries more than 70 global and national sports competitions, among them Wimbledon, Formula 1 and MotoGP. With household-scale bundling and two-way content exchange on the table, the partnership signals how global streamers intend to compete in Southeast Asia's largest market: through local sports and sinetron as much as through franchises.
