James H. Rosenfield, Sr., CBS Executive Who Shaped a Golden Era, Dies at 97

James H. Rosenfield, Sr., who rose from sales account executive to executive vice president of the CBS Broadcast Group during the era of "All in the Family" and "60 Minutes," died Sept. 26 at 97.
