Oasis Reunion Doc 'Don't Look Back in Anger' Lands on Disney+ and Hulu Oct. 9

Oasis' reunion documentary "Don't Look Back in Anger" will premiere exclusively on Disney+ and Hulu on Oct. 9.

The film charts the reunion of brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher, who perform together for the first time in 15 years. Alongside the documentary, the streamers will host new footage from the brothers' joint interview, plus full performances of "Wonderwall" and "Slide Away." Other songs will feature on the platforms for the first time.

Magna Studios produced "Oasis: Don't Look Back In Anger," which had a theatrical release earlier this month in the U.K. and Ireland after a world premiere at the Venice Film Festival.

"The great wait is over…as we now bring 'Oasis: Don't Look Back In Anger' to as many people as possible through Disney+, and to be doing it with exclusive unseen footage too, is so exciting for fans," said Angela Jain, head of content, Disney+ EMEA. "The Oasis reunion has been one of our defining cultural moments of recent times. We have seen how the documentary has resonated with audiences around the world as they celebrate the power of Oasis and music through this evocative and moving reunion story."

The film features never-before-seen footage and unprecedented access to the once warring brothers. Writer Steven Knight made the film with directors Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace.

Sam Bridger, producer of "Lewis Capaldi: How I'm Feeling Now," and Guy Heeley, producer of "Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man," produce. The executive producers are Kate Shepherd, Marisa Clifford, Davud Karbassioun, Rob Stringer, Tom Mackay, Krista Wegner, Thomas Benski, Isabel Davis and Tim O'Shea. Sean Doyle, Disney+ EMEA's VP for unscripted, commissioned the documentary.

The Oct. 9 streaming premiere extends the film's reach well beyond its U.K. and Ireland theatrical run, positioning the Gallaghers' reconciliation as a global streaming event with material that did not appear in cinemas.
